Illinois Concealed Carry (CCL) Renewal Class:
Course Duration / Information:
- Concealed Carry Permit holders who took their original Concealed Carry class in 2014/2015 are eligible to take the Renewal Class.
- Graduates should refrain from submitting their renewal application with renewal certificate until they receive their notice of original permit expiration from the Illinois State Police.
- Class is conducted at the Rochester Masonic Lodge #635

- Scheduled Classes that do not meet the 4 student minimum per class are rescheduled.

Attendance Requirements:
- Valid IL Concealed Carry Permit
- Concealed Carry Handgun with Holster
- 50 rounds of Ammunition
- Eye and Ear Protection
- Weather appropriate clothing, qualification is conducted in an outdoor range environment
Course Curriculum & Requirements:
- Firearms - Course content is the (abbrieviated) NRA Basic Pistol Shooting Course.
- Per Illinois Concealed Carry mandate, the class will consist of reviewing all laws associated with Illinois Concealed Carry.
Range Requirements:
30 rounds at a B-27 silhouette target with a score of 70% minimum (21 out of 30).
- 10 rounds from a distance of 5 yards
- 10 rounds from a distance of 7 yards
- 10 rounds from a distance of 10 yards
